Reneabouquets Angel Policy:

 

At Reneabouquets we want you to be able to use our unique products on your creations for resale, but we do have a few restrictions that protect us and our art.
Please review our policy:

You MAY use our products on your own art in accordance with this Angel Policy, but you MAY NOT sell our products as individual pieces or as Sets, on any platform live or online.  We do use Tracker Software to enforce this policy.

Reneabouquets designs are protected under United States and international copyright laws and treaties. 
 

Reneabouquets images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.

You may not copy or rent our images or products. Our products are for personal use only.

 

You may sell your artwork that contains Reneabouquets Products if you adhere to the following criteria:

• Reneabouquets designs may only be used to create original works, art, handcrafted crafts, and decor.  Reneabouquets designs may not be copied, duplicated, stamped, die cut, or recreated for the expressed purpose of being reused by a third party.

• All work, art, crafts, and decor must be individually handcrafted and may not be reproduced or copied using any means other than handcrafting. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc. This also applies to any Reneabouquets images or products.

• Works, Art, crafts or decor for sale must be handcrafted by the artist personally. Mass production and/or use of paid workers is not allowed.

• Quantities of each original work, art, crafts, and decor must be limited in scope and must not constitute an ongoing business.

• Reneabouquets Trademarks and Copyrights must be displayed where applicable.

• People selling their works, art, crafts and decor assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Reneabouquets and its artist(s) from disputes arising from their work.

 

Reneabouquets may amend these policies at any time.
